JOB TITLE

We are looking for an experienced IT Technology Specialist with deep technical expertise, strong problem‑solving skills, and the ability to advise, design, and support technology solutions that enable business transformation.

The Role

As an IT Technology Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping the technology landscape across Nestlé by providing deep specialist consultancy in your specific domain. You will actively contribute to innovation initiatives, influence technical direction, and ensure the solutions delivered meet business and compliance standards.

Your expertise will directly support product teams, stakeholders, and global IT operations.

What You’ll Do

- Provide deep technical consultancy, guidance, and advisory within your area of specialization.

- Coordinate and support technical activities such as design, build, testing, and delivery of innovation initiatives.

- Recognize opportunities for business change and communicate them effectively to stakeholders.

- Work with Product Managers, Innovation Managers, Tech Leads, and junior specialists.

- Assist in solving complex technical problems, conduct root‑cause analysis, and propose SMART solutions.

- Participate in peer reviews and support development of technical standards, documentation, and specifications.

- Recommend improvements to operational effectiveness, efficiency, and service quality.

- Ensure new products meet IT requirements and compliance/security standards.

- Conduct and support secure and compliant operations (e.g., periodic scans, PIA/BIA preparation, audit support).

- Lead or contribute to studies, system specifications, and evaluations of emerging technologies.

What Will Make You a Great Fit? (Must‑Haves)

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, system analysis, or related field, or equivalent experience.

- 5+ years hands‑on experience in a specific relevant technology domain.

- Proven track record of structured problem‑solving using data.

- Recognized expertise in at least one specific technology.

- Experience resolving technical issues, including those involving third-party providers.

- Strong communication skills with experience working in global, virtual teams.

- Understanding of SDLC methodologies, IT standards/controls, and compliance/security.
