Job Description

Master-Works is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Tech Sales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our innovative technology solutions to prospective clients, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales growth. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow your sales career in the technology sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify potential customers through research, cold calling, and networking.
  • Present and demonstrate company products and services to meet client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Develop sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and technical support to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in technology sales or related roles; fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
