Front End Developer – Senior Consultant (React)

A Front End Developer (Senior Consultant) provides technical leadership for React front‑end development, owns UI architecture decisions, and ensures delivery excellence across projects. The role includes mentoring consultants, influencing design decisions, and driving front‑end best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Own front‑end design and implementation using React and MUI / MUI X
• Define and enforce UI architecture, component standards, and reuse strategies.
• Lead complex UI implementations and performance optimization initiatives.
• Oversee API integration from a front‑end contract and usability perspective.
• Review and approve code to ensure quality, security, and scalability.
• Mentor and guide Consultants and junior developers.
• Collaborate with architects, backend leads, and product stakeholders.
• Drive UI performance monitoring and diagnostics using Azure App Insights
• Support release readiness, production issues, and corrective actions.
• Contribute to estimation, technical planning, and risk mitigation.

Senior Consultant‑Level Capabilities

• Provides technical leadership within the front‑end stream.
• Takes end‑to‑end ownership of UI deliverables.
• Influences solution design and technical direction.
• Coaches team members and improves overall team capability.
• Communicates effectively with stakeholders and leadership.
• Anticipates risks and drives proactive resolution.

Technical Skills

• Deep expertise in React, React Hooks, MUI / MUI X (DataGrid, Pro)
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript and UI design patterns.
• Experience designing reusable component libraries and frameworks.
• Strong understanding of UI security, authentication flows, and error handling.
• Advanced experience with Azure Application Insights for UI telemetry.
• Working knowledge of Azure App Service and deployment environments.
• Strong grasp of Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and release practices.
• Experience driving front‑end standards, performance benchmarks, and quality gates.
