The Tech Rep – Baseball/Softball (Tennessee) represents the DeMarini, Louisville Slugger, EvoShield, and Wilson brands at tournaments and facilities around the country to serve players, parents, and coaches at baseball and fastpitch events. They are responsible for event setup, brand activations, driving product demonstrations, executing B2C sales on site at events, managing inventory, fulfilment/replenishment, communicating brand, product, and marketing messages, and further assistance as determined by Regional Sales Manager. This role will be based in the Nashville metro area.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university and a minimum of 2 years of Sales, Grassroots, Customer Service, and/or Event Marketing experience. In lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree, a minimum of 5 years of Sales, Grassroots, Customer Service, and/or Event Marketing experience.

A reasonable estimate of the pay range is $70,000 - $80,000 per year at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education, and/or training. Please note that the range details reflect the base pay only and does not include our competitive bonus program.
