Job Description

We are looking for a Tech Recruiter to join our RPO/In-House Talent Acquisition (IHTA) Team. You’ll be in charge of spreading the Damia magic within our clients!

Our great People Team has prepared this beautiful job spec just for you:

About you:

  • You must be an awesome person with at least 2 years of experience in tech hiring ( either in-house or in agencies)
  • You know how to source ( Boolean search methods will be a big plus!)
  • You are an experienced person in stakeholder management
  • You rock when you need to manage an ATS ( Applicant Tracking System) like Greenhouse, Workable, Lever, Ashby, etc…to deal with your pipelines
  • You think that Talent Acquisition is not HR
  • YOU KEEP YOURSELF CALM UNDER PRESSURE 🤬
  • You understand that Rome wasn’t built in one day
  • Your mom always told you that you are organized and independent 🤓
  • Your English skills should be at an advanced level
  • You need to be able to work in a hybrid model (if necessary)
