We are seeking a Scrum Master to support a technology product line responsible for the ongoing enhancement and operational stability of a Work and Asset Management platform (IBM Maximo). This role blends professional Scrum mastery with financial stewardship and lightweight project management responsibilities. The Scrum Master will help the team self-organize, remove impediments, and continuously improve processes while also managing forecasting, budgeting, and governance processes across multiple initiatives. This individual will collaborate closely with product, technology, and business partners to ensure alignment, transparency, and predictable delivery.

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the Scrum Master for one or more teams, ensuring effective facilitation of Scrum events and adherence to Agile principles
  • Coach teams in Agile principles, self‑management, empiricism, and continuous improvement to strengthen delivery effectiveness and predictability
  • Facilitate team‑level events that support collective decision‑making, goal setting, planning, and healthy conflict resolution
  • Cause the removal of impediments and risks that limit flow, quality, or team progress
  • Use flow metrics and evidence‑based insights to improve throughput, stability, and value delivery
  • Lead financial planning activities including forecasting, budgeting, and tracking spend against product and portfolio commitments
  • Maintain internal project management and governance processes, ensuring artifacts and reporting align with enterprise standards
  • Partner with Product Owners and leadership to align priorities, capacity, and funding across the product line
  • Build strong relationships with business partners, IT leadership, and external stakeholders to promote transparency and shared understanding
  • Support internal and external communication, radiating information to improve visibility and alignment

What We’re Looking For:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in project management, computer science, or related technical field is required.

Experience:

  • 3 years of relevant work experience is required.
  • An equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile frameworks with the ability to coach teams and drive maturity
  • Proven ability to influence, coach, and lead without direct authority
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and financial acumen
  • Experience with IBM Maximo or work and asset management systems preferred
  • Experience in regulated or enterprise environments (utilities, energy, infrastructure, etc.) preferred
  • Scrum Master or Agile certification ( CSM, PSM, SAFe SM) preferred
  • Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or similar role
  • Demonstrated experience managing forecasting, budgeting, and financial tracking for technology initiatives or product lines
  • Experience supporting multiple Agile teams within a product‑centric and scaled environment
  • Hands‑on experience with Jira, Xray, ServiceNow, or similar Agile delivery tools
  • Experience with Scrum, Kanban, Evidence‑Based Management (EBM), and outcome‑based delivery practices
  • Test Automation experience is a plus

$87,633.00 - $109,543.00
