Job Duties and Qualifications

Responsibilities include: Assists in analysis, modification and design of products and services for casing equipment projects which requires working knowledge of materials, components, and their applications. Prepares job design calculations and post job interpretation from field data. Assists in handling field and manufacturing problems to maintain and improve products and services. Assists in investigation of irregular jobs and define preventive action plans. Develops operating and maintenance procedures for products in early commercialization. Innovate equipment solutions for casing equipment that solves challenges during cementing operations.

Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field and 4 years of experience in job offered or a Tech Prof Technical Svcs, Prin related occupation.

Position requires experience in the following:

  1. Experience with onshore and offshore casing running and cement operations, including running hydraulic simulations and interpreting events from data captured during the job.
  2. Experience in the energy services industry including life cycle of manufacturing, supply chain/logistics, and deployment of new technology for market applications.
  3. Experience diagnosing operating and/or downhole tool issues using rig data and/or job simulators.
  4. Experience with industry standards: API 5CT, API 10F, API 11D1, and API 19AC.
  5. Experience in providing technical support for application and operation of specialized casing equipment tools like stage tools, annular casing packers, surge reduction float equipment, floatation collars, cement plug setting aids, subsurface release plugs, top drive cement heads.
  6. Experience creating and maintaining operating manuals, procedures, and best practices.
