IT Product Manager – ERP Master Data Management
Who You Are:
- Experienced in product management within complex retail environments.
- Skilled in driving product initiatives from concept to launch.
- Adept at collaborating with engineering, platform teams, and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of master data management processes, systems, and data.
- Effective at prioritizing budgets and resources.
- Establish and execute the strategy for ERP Master Data Management products while supporting the evolution of adjacent ERP capabilities and business processes as required
- Align products with technology, data, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Procurement and Finance strategies using data-driven decisions.
- Lead the optimization of ERP Master Data Management capabilities and contribute to broader ERP initiatives that improve efficiency, data quality, process effectiveness, and user experience across Merchandising, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Finance.
- Foster relationships across the company to enhance ERP Master Data Management capabilities and identify opportunities in support of broader ERP product and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with key stakeholders to align technology with strategic goals.
- Use data insights to identify opportunities and support decisions.
- Analyze current processes and technology to find improvement areas.
- Create a strategic roadmap and manage product backlogs.
- Lead development, deployment, and optimization of Mater Data Management products.
- Define and measure KPIs for product adoption and performance.
- Collaborate with ERP product teams to ensure alignment of master data capabilities with broader ERP processes, integrations, and business outcomes.
Requirements:
- Proven product management experience in retail.
- BA/BS in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years in Product Management, Master Data Management, ERP systems, or Enterprise Business Applications.
- Experience with SAP ERP processes.
- Strong data analysis and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and drive organizational change.

- Strategic thinker with an enterprise mindset, balancing deep expertise in Master Data Management with the ability to drive value across the broader ERP product landscape.

This is a hybrid role. Tuesday through Thursday are in-office days at BJ's Club Support Center in Marlborough, MA and Monday and Friday are remote days.
In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJ’s Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is $128,500.00 - $164,000.00We recognize the growing role of AI tools, including ChatGPT, and value familiarity with them.
