• 6-9 years of experience in project management, with a focus on technical projects.
• Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies and practices.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools and techniques, including risk assessment and mitigation.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
• Experience in software development or IT projects is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) are an advantage.
