Roles & Responsibilities:

• Strong knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, team empowerment, and transparency.
• Lead Agile ceremonies across multiple teams (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Retrospective).
• Partner with Product and Engineering to improve backlog readiness, sprint commitment quality, and release outcomes.
• Design, build, and maintain Jira dashboards for sprint health, release readiness, dependency tracking, and risk visibility.
• Analyze delivery metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time, lead time, spillover, defect leakage) to identify patterns and improvement opportunities.

Must Have Skills:

• Hands-on expertise in Jira dashboard creation and advanced JQL.
• Excellent people, stakeholder, project coordination skills and strong communication and presentation skills.
• Track and visualize dependencies, blockers, and delivery risks; proactively drive resolution.
