1. Overall 6+ years IT experience and 3+ years in Sales and Service Cloud experience with expert knowledge on lead and opportunity management, case management and features of Salesforce that help drive sales and service excellence
2. Good understanding of automation tools on Salesforce including Flows, APEX, Batch APEX, Validation Rules, etc.
3. Hands on with Lightning Web Components(LWC) and custom UI development
4. Hands on integration experience with APIs such as REST and SOAP and familiar with different Salesforce integration patterns and methodologies
5. Copado DevOps experience
6. Familiarity with development tools such as VS Code, Git, etc.
7. Certifications Required - Platform Developer I, Admin and/or Platform App Builder.
8. Certifications Nice to have - Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Experience Cloud Consultant, Agentforce Specialist, Platform Developer II
