• Develop and maintain software components using Python 3 with strong object-oriented design principles.
• Design, maintain, and optimize build systems using CMake, Maven, and related tooling.
• Own and improve GitHub workflows (CI/CD pipelines, automation, quality gates).
• Manage dependency management, compiler/linker configurations, and build optimization.
• Ensure stable and reproducible builds across Linux-based environments.
• Troubleshoot complex build, integration, and toolchain issues.
• Define and enforce coding, build, and configuration standards.
• Mentor intermediate engineers and provide technical guidance.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering or platform/build engineering
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or any relevant discipline
• Strong expertise in with Objected Oriented Development. (Python3)
• Good to have C++ development experience.
• Good to have CMake, build systems, and compiler/linker toolchains
• Awareness of build pipeline and continuous integration and development
• Recommended to have Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions / workflows
• Strong understanding of Linux environments
• Proven leadership with strong communication and team management skills.
