A growing company is seeking a Tech Lead / Project Manager to support development efforts and act as a bridge between leadership and the development team.

Responsibilities Include:

• Support and guide development using Laravel PHP
• Act as liaison between ownership and developers
• Oversee development tasks and project progress
• Ensure clear communication and execution across teams
• Help maintain and improve internal systems

Ideal Qualifications:

• Experience with Laravel PHP development
• 1–2 years of coding experience
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage both technical and project responsibilities
• Organized and proactive approach
