We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to join the Pampers Global IT team This role offers the opportunity to architect and scale solutions that power real-time product serialization, end-to-end traceability, and intelligent decision-making across the Baby Care ecosystem. Your work will directly contribute to making Baby Care the most digitized and data-centric business in the entire CPG industry!

Your responsibilities include:

  • Design and build scalable architecture to support real-time product serialization and traceability,

  • Lead AI and Data Engineering teams through development of new breakthrough capabilities,

  • Integrate diverse data sources across manufacturing, supply chain, and consumer touchpoints,

  • Optimize data architecture for performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency,

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions,

  • Support analytics and machine learning initiatives by enabling clean, accessible datasets,

  • Contribute to the evolution of Baby Care's data strategy and technical roadmap.

  • End-to-end ownership Build and optimize the platform across the full stack, from data pipelines, to business logic, to orchestration and UX, with clear scope and autonomy,

  • High-value use cases Work on initiatives tied to measurable business outcomes,

  • Cross-functional collaboration Partner with product owners, analysts, and IT leaders to shape Mosaic’s roadmap and data strategy,

  • Architectural influence Help define technical direction, including technical stack evolution and AI integration roadmap.

Job Qualifications

  • Technical leadership experience demonstrating the ability to envision and drive change,

  • Proven ability to communicate tech value and engage/manage stakeholders,

  • Proven experience in Python/PySpark and SQL/SparkSQL programming skills.,

  • Experience in Big Data/ETL ( Spark and Databricks preferred),

  • Experience in implementing projects & solutions in cloud (Azure/GCP),

  • Knowledge and / or experience with using or building CI/CD tools,

  • Knowledge of AAS, DAX and PowerBI front end,

  • Previous experience or understanding of Data Models,

  • Knowledge of Agile Scrum and DevOps methodologies,

  • English proficiency and at least a Bachelor’s degree.
