Job Title: Technical Lead (.NET & Azure)

Experience: 7–10 Years
Location: [Indore / Pune / Remote / Hybrid]
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in the .NET ecosystem and Azure cloud platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading development teams, designing scalable solutions, and ensuring high-quality delivery of enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Lead the design and development of applications using:
• NET Core / ASP.NET / C#
• Azure Cloud Services (App Services, Functions, Storage, Service Bus, etc.)
• Define and enforce architecture, coding standards, and best practices
• Drive adoption of cloud-native and microservices-based architectures
• Conduct code reviews to ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability

Solution Design & Development

• Collaborate with architects to design robust, scalable, and secure solutions
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and implementation plans
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and distributed systems
• Ensure application performance tuning and optimization

Team Leadership & Mentoring

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support
• Conduct technical training sessions and knowledge-sharing initiatives
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement

Agile Development

• Work within Agile (Scrum/Kanban) teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders for requirement clarity

DevOps & Delivery

• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
• Ensure smooth build, release, and deployment processes
• Work closely with QA and DevOps teams to automate testing and deployments

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• 7–10 years of experience in software development with strong expertise in:
• NET Framework / .NET Core / ASP.NET
• C# programming
• Microsoft Azure (PaaS & IaaS services)
• Hands-on experience with:
• Microservices architecture
• API design and integration
• Database technologies (SQL Server, Cosmos DB preferred)
• Message queues and event-driven systems

Tools & Technologies

• Azure DevOps / Git / CI-CD pipelines
• Docker / Kubernetes (preferred)
• REST APIs, JSON, and modern web technologies

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction skills
• Ability to lead and motivate teams in a dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Azure Certifications (e.g., Azure Developer / Solution Architect)
• Experience with containerization and Kubernetes (AKS)
• Exposure to front-end frameworks (Angular/React)
