Your role

Lead the design, development, and implementation of backend solutions using .NET and Azure.Define architecture, development, security, and code quality standards.Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentoring to development team members.Guide technical decisions with a focus on scalability, maintainability, resilience, and performance.Promote engineering best practices and continuous improvement.Manage technical risks and support the resolution of complex issues.

Your profile

• 7+ years of experience in backend software development using .NET technologies.
• 3+ years of experience designing and implementing solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and enterprise-scale projects.
• Strong background in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
• Docker
• Kubernetes
• Observability & Monitoring
• Experience integrating backend services with React applications
• Understanding of TypeScript fundamentals and modern frontend ecosystems
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
