Responsibilities:
As a Tech Lead .NET, you will:
Lead the development and maintenance of advanced backend systems using C# and .NET, focusing on cloud technologies.
Make critical decisions on technology choices and architectural designs for high-scale projects.
Mentor and nurture a team of developers, fostering an environment of growth and leadership development.
Collaborate with Product Owners and other stakeholders for efficient project management and delivery.
Uphold high standards of code quality, maintainability, and performance optimization.
Drive code reviews, best practices, and knowledge sharing to build a strong development team.

Qualifications:
A degree in computer/technology-related discipline or equivalent work experience
BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject
8+ years of experience in backend development, with solid expertise in C#, .NET, and cloud technologies.
Demonstrated leadership skills in team building, mentorship, and developing emerging leaders.
A track record of leading successful projects and nurturing high-performing development teams.
Deep understanding of scalable, secure, and maintainable system development.
Experience in automated testing and advanced software development practices.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a collaborative, proactive leadership style.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Based in Thailand or open to relocation to Bangkok.
