Our Client is currently hiring a Tech Lead (Fullstack & AI Automation) to join their amazing team

About the role: The Tech Lead will act as the technical anchor and team mentor for a dedicated development team, responsible for the software design, implementation, and technical excellence of our applications. This role combines hands-on development guidance with
practical solution architecture, ensuring that Full Stack engineering teams build scalable, resilient, cloud-native solutions within Azure Cloud environments. The position requires a modern engineering mindset focused on delivering robust systems, promoting continuous improvement within the team, and pragmatically integrating modern automation frameworks and AI workflows into the team's software solutions

Technical Leadership & Team Mentorship:
Provide strong, hands-on technical leadership to Full Stack engineering teams through:

Daily architectural guidance during sprint execution and feature implementation.
Conducting constructive code reviews and fostering a culture of engineering mentorship.
Defining and enforcing code standards, development best practices, and clean code principles.

Solution Design & Architecture (Squad-Level):Design and structure the software components delivered by the team, ensuring:

Clean application structure, modularity, and proper separation of concerns.
Robust API-first development and secure integration strategies.
Appropriate data modelling and persistence strategies (including relational, nonrelational, or vector databases where applicable).
Translating product features into concrete, scalable technical specifications for the development team.

Cloud-Native & Reliable Deliveries:Guide the team in structuring applications prepared for modern containerised environments and orchestration platforms (like Kubernetes), ensuring:

Stateless, resilient service design and proper error handling.
Familiarity with fault tolerance and graceful degradation when consuming external dependencies or AI APIs.
Promotion of maintainable, observable, and testable application patterns.
Collaboration with platform/DevOps tools to ensure smooth CI/CD pipelines and operational reliability.

Automation & AI Integration within Solutions:Ensure the team's software applications communicate seamlessly with automation and modern workflow environments, focusing on:

Modern Workflow Automation: Building robust endpoints and integration hooks to connect software applications with n8n or similar backbones.
AI Feature Integration: Guiding developers on how to integrate LLM applications or multi-agent concepts (LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI) safely into the team's core products.
Ensuring clean integration boundaries, proper security, and reliable data flows

Mandatory Experience (Hard Skills)
Full Stack Engineering Leadership:

Solid hands-on experience in modern Full Stack software engineering, covering backend development, frontend application architectures, and API-first development (REST/GraphQL).
Proven track record of guiding, mentoring, or acting as a technical reference for other developers.

Solution Architecture & Patterns:

Practical experience in software application design, mastering modularity, asynchronous communication, data modeling, and integration patterns.

Modern Automation & AI Orchestration:

Experience with or exposure to architecting patterns for modern workflow automation tools, specifically n8n (or similar advanced integration backbones).
Experience with or exposure to designing and deploying applications using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI.
General understanding of AI infrastructure concepts (e.g., prompt chaining, stateful agent loops, or integrating AI components into standard software).

Cloud & Container Awareness:

Experience building and deploying cloud-native applications leveraging Azure Cloud services.
Technical capacity to design solutions prepared to run in containerised environments and tools like Kubernetes (or equivalent orchestration/container apps).

Preferred / Valued Experience (Nice to Have)

Experience integrating with enterprise RPA ecosystems such as UiPath or Power Platform.
Experience working in Agile environments using Squads / Chapters dynamics.
Familiarity with logging, tracing, and basic application observability tools.

Interpersonal Competencies (Soft Skills)

Technical Mentorship & Pedagogical Capacity: Passion for teaching, unlocking technical blockers for developers, and elevating the technical maturity of the team.
Architectural Pragmatism: Strong judgment in balancing the "ideal architecture" with realistic business timelines and delivery constraints, always favouring simplicity and maintenance.
Systems Thinking: Ability to see how the team's code fits into the larger infrastructure, ensuring integrations are clean and dependencies are managed.
Collaboration & Communication: Clear communication style to align technical decisions with the Product Owner/Stakeholders and guide developers smoothly.
