What your team does
The Flexible Payments team is building Qliro’s next‑generation Pay Later solution. We work end‑to‑end — from tech design and architecture to process improvements and customer‑centric experimentation. Our mission: create a seamless, reliable, and scalable pay‑later experience for millions of Nordic consumers.
You'll operate at the heart of Qliro’s core payments flow, collaborating closely with internal teams, product, and data. Our tech stack heavily leverages NET, C#, AWS, event‑driven patterns, and a microservice architecture.
Take ownership of the technical direction for our Pay Later systems and services.
Lead and mentor engineers, promoting modern engineering practices.
Be a part of Qliro’s architecture forum
Shape ideas from early concept all the way to production deployment.
Improve and refine team processes — most decisions are made by the team.
Design architecture that scales with Qliro’s growth across the Nordics.
Collaborate with product, data, and engineering stakeholders.

Solid experience in software development using NET, C#, MongoDB and AWS
Proven ability to guide, mentor, and elevate engineering teams.

Experience working with agile ways of working in a modern engineering environment.
A strong grasp of engineering fundamentals and best practices.
