This is a high-impact technical leadership role focused on shaping the architecture and engineering standards behind a next-generation blockchain and distributed finance platform. You will act as a hands-on technical authority, guiding system design while still contributing production-grade code in critical areas of the stack. Working across multiple engineering pods, you will ensure consistency, scalability, and performance across Rust, Go, and TypeScript-based systems. The role combines deep systems engineering with architectural ownership, requiring both strong execution and strategic technical vision. You will collaborate closely with engineering managers, product, and research teams to translate complex requirements into robust, scalable systems. This is an opportunity to influence core infrastructure in a fast-moving, high-performance engineering environment where technical excellence directly impacts platform success.
This role requires 5+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 2+ years in a technical leadership capacity such as Tech Lead, Staff Engineer, or Architect. Candidates should have strong experience designing and operating distributed, high-performance systems where latency, throughput, and reliability are critical. Deep hands-on expertise in modern systems technologies such as Rust, Go, TypeScript/Next.js, and cloud infrastructure (preferably Google Cloud) is essential.
