Job Description

We are seeking a versatile Tech Lead to join our team responsible for designing and developing next-generation video analytics products leveraging advanced Vision-Language Models (VLM) and Large Language Models (LLM).

Responsibilities
• Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance video analytics solutions using Python and C++
• Research and implement hardware-accelerated video processing techniques
• Optimize inference of Large Language Models, performance and memory usage
• Collaborate closely with Research teams on model training, benchmarking, and selection
• Ensure cross-platform integration of core technologies.
• Mentor team members and contribute to architectural decisions

Requirements
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent
• 5+ years of programming experience
• Expertise in Python and strong proficiency in modern C++ (C++14/17)
• Hands-On experience with Docker on Linux
• Experience with NVIDIA extensions and SDKs: TensorRT-LLM, Dynamo, CUDA, NIM
• Experience with VLM/LLM integration – strong advantage
• Experience with CMake/Conan – advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
