We are seeking an experienced SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) Consultant with 6-8 years of expertise in implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP Solution Manager functionalities. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing SAP landscapes, integrating business processes, and enhancing system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

SAP Solution Manager Implementation & Configuration:

Design, implement, and support SAP Solution Manager 7.2 functionalities, including ChaRM, ITSM, Solution Documentation, System Monitoring, Business Process Monitoring, and Test Management.

Configure Change Request Management (ChaRM) for transport management and release planning.

Set up IT Service Management (ITSM) for incident, problem, and change management workflows.

Integrate Solution Documentation for business process management and landscape documentation.

Should have ALM knowledge

System Monitoring & Performance Optimization:

Configure and optimize Technical Monitoring (System, DB, Host, and Application Monitoring)

Set up End-to-End Root Cause Analysis (E2E RCA) to diagnose system issues. Manage Business Process Monitoring and ensure efficient operations.

Implement Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) best practices for SAP landscapes.

Testing & Deployment:

Configure Test Suite for test automation, defect tracking, and reporting.

Support Custom Code Management (CCM) and Business Process Change Analyzer (BPCA) to analyze the impact of system changes.

Manage transport requests and deployments using CTS+ and ChaRM

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

Work closely with SAP Basis, Functional, and Development teams to ensure seamless operations.
