What You Will Do
- Lead engineering initiatives to develop and enhance scalable applications using Go and React.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions for airfield operations.
- Drive the technical vision and architecture of projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Analyze system performance and implement optimizations to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on leadership roles.
- Proficiency in Go and React, with a strong understanding of their ecosystems.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within scope.
- Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
