  : Develop and deploy AI/ML models and build the product

  Lead Development
  : Architect and oversee the development of a scalable, secure, and user-friendly platform.

  Recruit and Manage a Team
  : Build and lead a high-performing engineering team as the company scales.
• 
  Collaborate Closely with the Founder
  : Work hand-in-hand with the CEO to refine the product vision and ensure technical feasibility.
• 
  Stay Ahead of the Curve
  : Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and tools to maintain a competitive edge.
• 
  Ensure Quality and Reliability
  : Implement best practices for testing, deployment, and monitoring to deliver a seamless user experience.

Requirements

• 
  Technical Expertise
  :

1. 
   7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI/ML.
2. 
   Proficiency in building and deploying AI/ML models (e.g., NLP, recommendation systems, generative AI).
3. 
   Strong backend development skills (e.g., Python, Node.js) and familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
4. 
   Experience with scalable architectures, APIs, and microservices.
