Position: Tech Infra Program Manager III
Location: Detroit, MI

Multiple Positions Available:

1. Provide senior-level strategic technology project management and own strategic, tactical, crossfunctional and technology projects and programs across all phases.
2. Scope and create project plans and roadmaps, develop processes, coordinate and drive execution, and standardize across several programs.
3. Lead the coordination of and collaboration of cross-functional stakeholders and team members to craft and deliver scalable solutions.
4. Partner with other program/project managers to secure resources, scope efforts, set project priorities and milestones, and drive delivery.
5. Own project/program communication, accelerate progress by driving crisp and timely decisions, clear blockers (e.g., path to green), and escalate risks, challenges and changes as appropriate.
6. Partner with stakeholders to assemble project teams, assign responsibilities, identify appropriate resources needed, and develop schedules to ensure timely completion of projects by meeting project milestones.
7. Influence design and development of strategic processes.
8. Develop, implement, and govern KPI reporting for a portfolio of technical programs/projects, provide visibility to milestones and performance across all projects, and use this data to drive/influence business decisions.
9. Assess risk, anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make trade-off decisions, balance business needs and technical constraints, and encourage risk-taking behavior to maximize business benefit; and
10. Manage post-launch support plans (e.g., post-mortem and issue/ticket management) and identify opportunities to improve program quality and operational excellence.
11. Domestic travel up to 75% to perform role responsibilities may be required.

(40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $148700 - $201200)

Basic Qualifications


A master’s degree or foreign equivalent in engineering plus 6 years(s) of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. In the alternative, a bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in engineering plus 10 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
Must have 5 year(s) of experience in the following:
1. 5 years experience in Robotics, Automation, distribution, manufacturing, logistics, or other warehouse environments.
2. 5 experience in process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives in an automation or robotics related industry.
3. 5 years leading overall end-to-end project delivery including resources, CAPEX, schedule and vendor management.
4. 5 years infrastructure projects of new sites or existing sites launched from initiation to closure.
5. 5 years experience tracking Capital (budget) documentation to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget and meet the business KPI (Key Performance Indicators).
