Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

• Carry out routine maintenance and ensure all HVAC systems under the Istana Hijau Baiduri Service Agreement Contract are maintained in accordance with the contract requirements.
• Perform repair, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of HVAC systems at Istana to ensure reliable and efficient operation.
• Conduct daily routine inspections of chillers, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, cooling towers, and other associated HVAC equipment, and promptly report any abnormalities.
• Execute scheduled preventive maintenance activities in accordance with the approved maintenance programme.Submit daily work reports, including job status, completed tasks, outstanding issues, and recommendations to the supervisor.
• Coordinate with supervisors and the client to ensure maintenance activities are completed efficiently and within the required timeframe
• Maintain good housekeeping of work areas and ensure all tools and equipment are properly used and stored.

Role Purpose:

• The purpose of this role is to ensure the continuity of HVAC maintenance operations and fulfilment of contractual agreement at the assigned site following the retirement of the current Site Supervisor.
• This position is required as a replacement to provide effective supervision of maintenance activities, ensure timely reporting, maintain service quality, and achieve all contract requirements while ensuring customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and compliance with safety standards.

Minimum Requirements:

• HVAC diploma with minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Fluency in both Malay and English language with good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong experience in maintaining professional relationships and providing high quality service to the royal family and related stake holders
