National Veterinary Associates (NVA) is seeking a Readiness Manager to ensure our hospitals are fully prepared for the implementation and deployment of PIMS (Practice Information Management System) and operational changes. This role focuses on optimizing hospital workflows and system utilization before deployment, working closely with field operations and hospital teams to ensure successful transitions. The ideal candidate will be skilled in change management, collaboration, communication, and leadership, driving hospital operations toward seamless integration and effectiveness.

This role is a ~2 year temporary assignment based on business needs.
Compensation:
The total compensation range for the position is between $120,000-$130,000 with the opportunity for benefits
