This role requires actively shaping strategies for both the organization and clients by integrating emerging ideas and best practices. The professional collaborates closely with clients, building trusted advisor relationships to understand their needs and guide transformative business changes. The day is dynamic, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on involvement to ensure impactful and forward-thinking delivery outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative delivery practices to enhance project outcomes.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among diverse teams to ensure alignment and successful execution.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
- Strong knowledge of learning management systems and their integration within enterprise environments.
- Experience in designing and implementing technology-driven business process improvements.
- Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders at various levels and drive consensus.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
