As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert, you will engage in a dynamic and collaborative environment where your expertise will drive innovative practices into delivery. Your typical day will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs, analyzing requirements, and implementing technology best practices. You will be a trusted advisor, enhancing both Accenture's reputation and the client's strategy through your deep technical knowledge and effective communication skills. Your role will also include contributing to team discussions and sharing insights that shape the direction of projects, ensuring that emerging ideas are brought to life in a meaningful way.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and provide insights.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management.
- Strong understanding of business process analysis and improvement.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with change management principles and practices.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
