- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies to recommend improvements in delivery processes.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and clients to ensure clarity and mutual understanding.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle management and core HR processes within SAP SuccessFactors.
- Experience in configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central modules.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data migration strategies related to SAP SuccessFactors.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
