As a Tech & Data - Oracle Consolidation - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in assisting clients with business transformations by leveraging large-scale digital solutions such as Oracle and other business applications. Within our Assurance practice, you will utilize innovative solutions to help clients manage risk and controls during their transformation journey, focusing on ERP security, business processes, and IT General Controls.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward is unclear. This role at PwC Acceleration Center Kolkata offers the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, while using critical thinking to break down complex concepts and interpret data to inform insights and recommendations. You will uphold professional and technical standards, contributing to the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients in business transformations by leveraging digital solutions such as Oracle and SAP
• Evaluating and managing risk and controls during client transformation journeys
• Assessing ERP security, business processes, and IT General Controls for clients
• Educating clients on leading practice recommendations for digital solutions
• Analyzing complex problems to develop deliverables within client service engagements
• Building meaningful client connections and managing client relationships
• Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex concepts and generate insights
• Interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations for business improvements
• Experience with at least one of OneStream, Oracle EPM, HFM, Blackline or SAP CFIN applications.
• Record to report experience including the various steps involved in the process.

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, Management Information Systems & Accounting, Computer and Information Science, Computer and Information Science & Accounting, Information Science, Economics, Economics and Finance, Economics and Finance & Technology, Business Administration/Management, Engineering, Accounting & Technology, Technology Mathematics, Statistics, Mathematical Statistics , Regulatory Compliance, Science and/or other relevant degree or in lieu of degree a Chartered Accountant/CPA or Equivalent or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
• At least 4 years of experience
• Demonstrating, in addition to the minimum years of experience required for the role, experience in SAP/Oracle controls auditing, consulting and/or implementing, data analysis, compliance, internal audit, or risk
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
