To be successful as a “Tech Control Testing”, you should have experience with:
IT & Cyber Infrastructure leadership experience with deep understanding of enterprise IT platforms, including cloud services, Networking & firewall, Cryptography, Active Directory, Microsoft platforms and more.
Good understanding of governance, risk, and compliance methodologies, including management experience of Testing/audit lifecycle stages.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills demonstrating a collaborative approach across a range of stakeholders, including senior colleagues and the ability to communicate technical scenarios in plain English.
Team player with an ability to support colleagues in achieving team objectives.
Proven experience of leading delivery with a decoupled matrix team.
Ability to build technical Data Analytic scripts.
Critical thinking, balancing Business and Technical viewpoints.
Knowledge of Data Security, Security Operations, Secure Configuration, Vulnerability Management processes.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
CEH or CISSP certified or similar security certification, vendor qualifications in AWS, Azure cloud platforms.
Good software engineering background, with experience in modern development tools and processes.
Experience in developer education, developer enablement, or technical advocacy with a background in hosting technical workshops, hackathons, or meetups.
Exposure to large-scale enterprise wide risk management processes and security tools.
