Position Responsibilities: Lead systems engineering and technical management of contract payment obligation platforms across a multi-billion dollar B2B global business. Apply subject matter expertise (SME) on troubleshooting, dive deep analysis, and establish escalation paths
to ensure accurate processing of complex payment workflows through automated tracking solutions. Engineer AIpowered executive dashboards and automated payment processing solutions to optimize multi-currency transaction operations. Design, develop, and implement AI
tools and automated systems for contracting payment operations. Apply industrial engineering methodologies including process optimization, workflow analysis, and systems design to increase efficiency and sales productivity. Design and engineer systems to coordinate invoice
reconciliation with external customers and purchase order generation with internal
stakeholders. Apply systems analysis methodologies to optimize workflow and ensure accurate financial data processing across cross-functional operations. Create technical engineering training programs, system documentation, and educational materials to educate customer and
GPO contracting officials on payment system functionalities.
Position Requirements: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in industrial engineering, supply chain, or related field and one year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Must have one year of experience in the following skill(s): (1) using data and metrics
to determine and drive improvements; (2) procurement, supply chain, inventory management, contract management, lease administration or operations; (3) reading, interpreting, and extracting data from business and legal contracts and agreements; (4) Salesforce or other CRM
tools.
40 hours/week, 8:00am – 5:00pm, Salary Range $92,400 - $160,000 per year.
