Technical Business Analyst / Systems Engineer - National Security Business

Role:

As a mid-level, technically focused business analyst, or business focussed systems engineer, you will play a crucial role in bridging business needs with technical solutions. We conduct in depth requirements gathering, process mapping, data analysis and define system options to support our engineering and delivery teams working with national security clients.

The role requires strong analytical thinking with an understanding of current software development processes, data modelling and current delivery methodologies. As the industry continues to automate, you will critically evaluate where AI can offer real value. You should be broadly familiar with how to apply GenAI and other AI-enabled solutions within a highly regulated area - wherever it is safe, secure and sensibly to do so.

Excellent communication skills will help you present complex technical roadmaps to non-technical staff, while explaining linked business needs to our engineering team

Gloucester - Gloucester - You’ll find our Gloucester site in a business park two minutes from junction 11A of the M5; The site allows easy access to our local customer base. Set on the outskirts of the Cotswolds, you are never far from a picturesque view or lunch time walk.

Due to the nature of this role, we require you to be hold the highest level of UK Government Clearance.
