We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in the Payments domain and hands-on Manual Testing experience. The candidate should possess deep knowledge of payment processing systems, SWIFT messaging standards, ISO 20022, and banking transaction workflows. The role involves analyzing business requirements, validating payment applications, supporting payment transformation initiatives, and ensuring seamless transaction processing across high-value and low-value payment systems. The role also involves extensive participation in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for Payments programs, including new enhancements and BAU releases. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, operations teams, technology teams, and vendors to understand requirements, design end-to-end test scenarios, execute test cases, manage defects, and ensure successful delivery of payment solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience in payment message validation, reconciliation processes, SWIFT MT/MX messages, RTP/RTTP integration, and banking operations. Exposure to testing governance, KPI/SLA tracking, and end-to-end program management is highly preferred.Collaborate with Product, Operations, Technology, and Vendor teams to gather and analyze business requirements for Payments programs and releases. Design and execute End-to-End (E2E) User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios and test cases for payment applications and enhancements.Validate SWIFT MT/MX messages, ISO 20022 payment messages, transaction workflows, and payment processing systems. Support payment transformation initiatives including MX migration, RTP/RTTP integration, reconciliation, and balance validation processes. Prepare status reports, participate in governance meetings, and track testing KPIs, SLAs, risks, and overall project progress. High-Value / Low-Value Payments Processing.
