About the Role

At Ogilvy, we are seeking a Tech Account Supervisor for our PR & Influence department in our Madrid office. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a corporate supervisor position, possessing strategic capability, leadership, and communication skills, and able to integrate the best of traditional and digital communication. Experience in digital reputation management is highly valued.

What You’ll Do

  • Translating client needs into creative communication plans.
  • Maintaining daily contact with clients to promptly inform them of progress and identify needs.
  • Fostering fluid relationships with both specialist and general media outlets.
  • Organising and overseeing the correct execution of tasks by team members.
  • Being a team player: working collaboratively, both locally and internationally, to develop 360-degree communication projects.
  • Fluently drafting and translating (primarily English-Spanish) various press materials: press releases, media alerts, press kits, fact sheets, statements, etc.
  • Organising events.
  • Supervising the preparation of results reports.
  • Budget control.

What You’ll Need

  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in corporate communication within communication agencies.
  • Education: A degree in Journalism or Advertising and Public Relations, with excellent writing skills.
  • Excellent level of English.

Conditions:

  • Permanent contract.
  • Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 18:00 with a one-hour lunch break, and Fridays from 09:00 to 15:00. During July and August, working hours will be 09:00 to 15:00.
  • Location: Calle Ríos Rosas, 26, 28003 Madrid.
  • Flexible working hours.
  • Work with major clients and international brands.
