Technology Enabled Care (TEC)
Salary: £25,947.47 per annum
Working Hours: 37 per week, Monday to Friday, with 1 Saturday in 4 required to work and therefore a day off in the week
Contract Type: Permanent
Base: Victoria Advent House, Roche, PL26 8LG.
(Combining Office based work & installing TEC services at customer homes).
Other: 80% office duties & 20% installs but tasks tend to be more office based to this role.

About the role: Are you an organised, detail-oriented individual with a passion for supporting people and processes? We're looking for a Customer Support professional to work in a role combining of office-based customer support functions, and when required working within people’s home to install TEC equipment.If you're looking to grow your career in Customer Services and TEC Care within a supportive and fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Role Purpose: This is an essential role in supporting people in Cornwall to return to or remain in their homes and to be as safe and independent as possible with the use of TEC (technology enabled care), such as the Lifeline alarm systems and other (TEC) equipment.
