Overview

We’re looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy Coordinator to join our small, Executive-level team. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with a tight-knit team and takes pride in keeping the details organized behind the scenes.

You’ll help manage the digital tools, reports, and recurring processes that support our teammate programs. You’ll also have the chance to learn across different areas of the People Team, contribute ideas, and grow your skills in a supportive, creative environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain digital trackers, calendars, forms, shared files, and program documentation, keeping information accurate and current.
• Support recognition, gifting, events, awards, and other teammate programs through purchasing, ordering, submissions, fulfillment, and follow-up.
• Prepare and update presentations, reports, survey results, attendance records, and other program materials.
• Collaborate with teammates across the business in bringing various culture initiatives to life.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Canva experience preferred.
• Experience working with data, spreadsheets, reports, shared files, forms, dashboards, and digital tracking systems.
• Strong general technology skills and the ability to learn new platforms quickly.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and escalate issues when needed.
• Previous experience in administrative support, coordination, reporting, customer service, or similar work.
