Zur Verstärkung unseres dynamischen, internationalen Teams an unserem Hauptsitz in Celle suchen wir schnellstmöglich einen Teamleiter Vertrieb Innendienst (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.
Hier sind Deine Kenntnisse gefragt:
Leitung Vertriebsinnendienst Team (Bestellung bis Auftragsbestätigung, Anfrage und Angebote)
Koordination zwischen Kunden, Außendienst und Produktionsplanung, Finanz und Logistik
Zuweisung von Komponenten und Teilen gemäß der Priorität des Kunden
Auswertung von Kennzahlen (Auftragseingänge, Umsätze), regelmäßige Berichterstattung an den Führungskreis
Überwachung der Auftragsabwicklung, Reklamationsbearbeitung und persönliche Betreuung von Key Accounts
Koordination der Jahresbudgetplanung und des Forecasts
Analyse und Steuerung der Vertriebsprozesse, Prozessverbesserung umsetzen
Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung des Innendienstteams, Onboarding, Schulung und Motivation der Mitarbeiter
Die Position berichtet direkt an den Vertriebsleiter
Das bringst Du mit:
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und/oder Studium (BWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen)
Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, sehr gute Kenntnisse in Excel
Teamarbeit, Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit, Führungsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen.
Geringe Anforderungen hinsichtlich der Reisetätigkeit zur Teilnahme an Messen und zur Begegnung mit wichtigen Kunden
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Von Vorteil sind:
Kenntnisse im Umgang mit ERP- und CRM-Systemen
Zusätzliche Fremdsprachenkenntnisse
Wissen und Erfahrung im globalen Gasmotorenmarkt
Industrieerfahrung aus dem Bereich B2B und/oder Komponentenhersteller
