Ihr Verantwortungsbereich

• Führung und Entwicklung eines Teams im Aussendienst
• Rekrutierung von neuen Vorsorgeberatenden
• Festlegung von Verkaufszielen sowie Erarbeitung von Entwicklungsplänen
• Aktive Unterstützung des Generalagenten in der systematischen Marktbearbeitung
• Durchführung sowie Sicherstellung von umfassenden Vorsorge- und Finanzberatungen
• Betreuung und Ausbau eines eigenen Kundenportfolios

Ihre Stärken

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Versicherungsbranche (dipl. Finanzberater IAF oder Finanzplaner eidg. FA)
• Leadership und hohe Motivation, Vorsorgeberatende zum Erfolg zu führen und dabei auch selbst im Verkauf als Vorbild zu agieren
• Begeisterungsfähige, gewinnende Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägten Verkaufs- und Sozialkompetenzen
• Hohe Leistungsbereitschaft mit zielorientierter und gut organisierter Arbeitsweise
• Kommunikationsfähigkeit gepaart mit Verhandlungsgeschick und hoher Kundenorientierung
