Du leitest, entwickelst und steuerst unseren Bereich Qualität und bist für Produkte, Prozesse sowie Lean Management, Audits und KVP in unserem Werk zuständig.
Dafür stellst du die Einhaltung aller Qualitätsvorgaben und Terminziele zuverlässig mit deinem Team sicher und leitest bei Bedarf Sondermaßnahmen zur Fehlerbeseitigung ein.
Außerdem realisierst du nachhaltige Verbesserungsmaßnahmen, wofür du relevante Kennzahlen kontinuierlich im Blick behältst und Entwicklungen analysierst, um daraus Initiativen für eine noch effektivere Zielerreichung zu erarbeiten.
Als Führungskraft begleitest du dein Team, erkennst individuelle Potenziale und förderst die Weiterentwicklung deiner Mitarbeitenden durch Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen.
Zudem koordinierst du die Personalplanung und führst regelmäßige Gespräche, um relevanten Vorgaben einzuhalten.
Nicht zuletzt leitest du Projekte sowie KV‑, Lean‑Management- und 5S‑Prozesse eigenständig und sorgst dafür, dass Verbesserungen nachhaltig im Arbeitsalltag verankert werden.
