Ihre Aufgaben

  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung des vierköpfigen Laborteams Bekleidungsphysiologie
  • Sicherstellung der Leistungsfähigkeit des Teams und Koordination der Kapazitäten des Teams
  • Koordination von Arbeitsabläufen und Kapazitäten des Teams 
  • Förderung der Zusammenarbeit, Motivation und fachlichen Weiterentwicklung der Teammitglieder
  • Messung und Auswertung bekleidungsphysiologischer und hautsensorischer Eigenschaften von Textilien und Bekleidungssystemen
  • Weiterentwicklung bestehender Verfahren
  • Überwachung und Wartung physikalischer Messgeräte
  • Durchführung der Qualitätssicherung im Rahmen der ISO 17025, Pflege und Erstellung von QM-Dokumenten wie Geräteverantwortlichkeit, Einarbeitungspläne und SOPs

Ihr Profil

  • Ausbildung zum Physiklaborant/ Textillaborant (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ein hohes Maß an Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Begeisterung für die Bekleidungsphysiologie
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
