Job Description

Wir suchen Dich  ab sofort als Teamleiter / Filialleiter (m/w/d) für unseren Costa Coffee am Hbf Karlsruhe in  Vollzeit

So spannend ist Dein Job:

  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für das operative Geschäft.
  • Als unsere Nummer Eins vor Ort gestaltest Du den Dienstplan, sorgst für die Einhaltung unserer Qualitätsstandards und hast immer ein offenes Ohr für Deine Mitarbeiter.
  • Außerdem hast Du den Warenbestand sowie die Einnahmesicherung immer im Blick und führst Inventuren durch.

Dafür bringst Du mit:

  • Deine Führungsqualitäten konntest Du bereits in der Gastronomie oder im Einzelhandel unter Beweis stellen.
  • Betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse helfen Dir die Zusammenhänge und Kennzahlen im Restaurantgeschäft zu verstehen.
  • Hands-On-Mentalität verbindest Du mit sicherem Auftreten.
  • Bereitschaft für die Schicht- und Wochenendarbeit bringst du mit. Auf Deine individuellen Bedürfnisse gehen wir dabei natürlich gerne ein.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse.
