In dieser Funktion bist du die fachliche Führung im Support-Team der Elektronikproduktion (m/w/d) und die personelle Führung als Stellvertreter in der Abwesenheit des Teamleiters. Dein Arbeitsalltag bewegt sich direkt an unseren Surface Mount Technology (SMT)-Linien und im Umfeld der Automated Optical Inspection (AOI).
Du unterstützt den stabilen Produktionsbetrieb, bist eine wichtige Ansprechperson auf dem Shopfloor und bringst dein technisches Verständnis sowie deine Erfahrung aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Prozesse ein.
