Ferring+You

You will be responsible for supporting the medical and scientific position of Ferring’s entity key Gastroenterology, Urology, and Reproductive / Women’s Health initiatives, via successful implementation of production unity to serve regional markets, thereby supporting the corporate objectives of the company.

Your day at Ferring

• Assume the role of Responsible Pharmacist for Production.

• Manage and execute technology transfer activities (materials procurement, manufacturing processes, documentation, etc.).

• Manage and execute qualification activities of production equipment.

• Manage and execute process validation activities.

• Design and develop instruction of production-related processes.

• Implement Good Documentation Practice in all relevant production activities.

• Manage calibration and maintenance program of production equipment.

• Support and carry out continuous improvement activities within the department and in production.

• Provide supporting data and/or perform investigations of quality events.

• Planning and monitoring drug product manufacturing to meet established specifications and include planning and monitoring of related production activities (e.g. warehousing, waste handling, etc.).

• Liase with related areas as input to develop schedule of production-related activities and allocate labor/capital resources.

• Support the training of production operators.

• Pharmacist with active license.

• At least 1 year experience in the similar field in pharmaceutical industry or distribution of drug products.

• Able to communicate effectively in English (speaking & writing).

• Sufficient knowledge of GMP regulation (at the minimum Indonesian GMP Guideline).

• Able to works independently with general supervision.

• Able to work in controlled environment following strict hygienic rules.

• Able to handle pharmaceutical materials and/or high potent substances.

• Able to work using computerized systems and related software applications (e.g. Trackwise, Veeva, etc.).

• Motivated to participate in basic and advanced training.
