TEAMLEADER PARTNER ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

  • Place: Close to a Belden location in Europe
  • Type: Full-Time/Hybrid
  • Level: Mid-Senior

As a Teamleader Partner Account Management, you will be responsible for leading the Partner Sales Team in Europe and managing Partner Accounts. Your focus will be on the strategic development and growth of the local domestic market.

You will make an impact in the following way:

  • Leading and developing the Partner Sales Team
  • Expanding and strengthening the local domestic sales channel
  • Responsibility for team and market forecasting
  • Strategic planning for market development and revenue growth
  • Change management to continuously optimize processes and structures

What you will bring:

  • Education – Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience – Minimum 5+ years in sales leadership, channel management, or business operations
  • Extensive experience within Belden or a similar industry
  • Team leadership and people management experience
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Expertise in Change Management and business transformation
  • Language proficiency – Fluency in English; additional major European languages are a strong advantage.
