Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Teamleiter Controlling (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

Hier sind deine Kenntnisse gefragt:

- Finanzberichterstattung: Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen gemäß verschiedenen Rechnungslegungsstandards (HGB, IFRS)
-Budgetplanung und -kontrolle: Erstellung von Budgets, Überwachung der Ausgaben und Durchführung detaillierter Abweichungsanalysen
-Finanzanalyse: Analyse von Finanzdaten, Erstellung von Soll-Ist-Vergleichen und Ermittlung von Verbesserungspotenzialen
-Risikomanagement: Bewertung finanzieller Risiken und Entwicklung von Strategien zur Risikominimierung
-Liquiditätsmanagement: Überwachung der Cashflows und Sicherstellung der Liquidität des Unternehmens
-Unterstützung bei der Entscheidungsfindung: Beratung der Geschäftsleitung in finanziellen Fragen und Bereitstellung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen
-Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen: Identifizierung von Einsparpotenzialen und Verbesserung der Effizienz von Geschäftsprozessen
-Kommunikation und Berichterstattung: Erstellung von Berichten für die Geschäftsleitung und den Vorstand sowie Kommunikation mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
-Kostenanalysen: Analyse der Kosten auf Produkt- oder Standortebene
-Projektarbeit: Mitarbeit an Projekten im Bereich Rechnungswesen und Controlling
-Entwicklung von Finanzstrategien: Erstellung langfristiger Finanzpläne und -strategien zur Erreichung der Unternehmensziele
-Analyse und Berichterstattung zur Standardkostenrechnung – Erfahrung im Umgang mit Standardkostenrechnungen in einer Fertigungsumgebung
-Analyse der Produkt- und Kundenrentabilität
-Betriebskapitalanalyse
-Verantwortung für die Leitung eines Controllers

Das bringst du mit:

-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Controlling/Rechnungswesen, sowie mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in
einem einschlägigen Fachgebiet oder eine vergleichbare Zusatzausbildung als Controller oder Buchhalter (Bachelor in Rechnungswesen – Abschluss der Stufe
6).
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in ERP-Systemen, Erfahrung in der Arbeit in einer industriellen Fertigungsumgebung
- Selbstständiges und strukturiertes Arbeiten mit starker Service- und Ergebnisorientierung
- Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Denkfähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, selbstständig zu arbeiten
- Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität sowie der Wille zum Erfolg und zur Erbringung hoher Qualität
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere mit Microsoft Excel; fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a full-time Teamleader Controlling (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

This is where your knowledge is needed:

-Financial reporting: Prep.of monthly, quarterly, a. annual financial statem. in accordance with various accounting standards (HGB, IFRS)

-Budget planning and control: developing budgets, monitoring expenditure, and performing detailed variance analyses

-Financial analysis: Analysis of financial data, preparation of target/actual comparisons, and identification of potential for improvement

-Risk management: Assessment of financial risks and development of strategies for risk minimization

-Liquidity management: Monitoring cash flows and ensuring the company's liquidity

-Support in decision-making: Advising the Mgm on financial issues and providing a basis for decision-making

-Business process optimization: Identification of potential savings and improvement of the efficiency of business processes

-Communication a. reporting: Prepar. of reports for mgm a. the executive board, as well as comm. with internal a. external stakeholders

-Cost analyses: Analysis of costs at product or location level

-Project work: Participation in projects in the field of accounting and controlling

-Development of financial strategies: Development of long-term financial plans and strategies to achieve corporate goals

-Standard cost account analysis and reporting – experience of working with standard costings in a manufacturing environment

-Analysis of product and customer profitability

-Working capital analysis

-Responsible for management of a Controller

What you bring:

-Business administration degree, ideally with a focus on controlling/accounting, and at least 5 years of professional experience in a relevant field, or comparable additional training as a controller or accountant (Bachelor Professional Accounting - Grade 6).

-Very good knowledge of ERP systems, Experience of working in an industrial manufacturing environment

-Independent and structured approach to work, with a strong focus on service and results

-Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills and ability to work independently

-Ability to work in a team, flexibility, and the desire to succeed and achieve high quality

-Confident in using MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel, fluent in spoken and written German and English
