The finance department of Thales Nederland consists of ~50 team members organized in 2 different competence centers (clusters):

About your future job
As Teamleader Accounting you will be responsible for the accounting processes of Thales Nederland and operating in an international environment. You will be responsible for the accounting processes of multiple TNL sites. Key tasks will be:

Why you'd be a good match
We are looking for a pro-active & hands-on candidate with passion for Finance who likes to work in an international environment. You have a Master degree in Finance, at least 10 years of work experience (of which 5 years in Audit with a portfolio of industrial companies) and good English and Dutch communication skills. Experience in managing people and developing them is required (preferably managing an Accounting team in a medium or large sized company). Knowledge of IFRS and Dutch GAAP is also required. Experience and feeling with accounting processes, is a well-developed skill you have. You are curious by nature and question current processes. You can tackle subjects on your own but are also a team player and like to participate in and initiate improvement projects. Good communication skills are critical to your success in this role. Furthermore, you have a good knowledge of MS Office and affinity with IT/ERP systems (preferably Oracle).
