Teamleader bij DHL Supply Chain – waar jij en je team gaan groeien

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

• Een fulltime functie (40 uur) in ploegendienst (06:00-15:00, 08:00-17:00 & 15:00-00:00)
• Salaris: tussen €3.100 en €3.838,- bruto per maand o.b.v. 40 uur (doorgroeimogelijkheden tot €4.580,67 afhankelijk van ervaring)
• Ploegentoeslag (+30% op de uren tussen 18:00 uur & 06:00 uur)
• Reiskostenvergoeding
• 8% Vakantiegeld
• 25 vakantiedagen, uit te breiden tot 39 bij een fulltime dienstverband
• Deelname aan onze Supervisor Academy: een leertraject boordevol inzichten en skills rondom leiderschap, persoonlijke groei en coachend leidinggeven

Dit ga je doen

Als Teamleader ben jij de spil van het proces op de werkvloer. Je zorgt dat je team goed functioneert, zich kan ontwikkelen en zich gewaardeerd voelt.

• Je monitort processen en stemt af met collega Teamleaders om alles soepel te laten verlopen
• Coacht teamleden op hun prestaties en persoonlijke groei
• Zorgt voor een veilige, prettige werkomgeving waarin iedereen zich welkom voelt
• Voert gesprekken over functioneren, verzuim en doorgroei
• Houdt de personeelsplanning en urenregistratie actueel

Dit ben jij

Je bent een natuurlijke leider die oog heeft voor mensen en processen. Je haalt energie uit samenwerking, houdt het hoofd koel en denkt vooruit.

• Leidinggevende ervaring (liefst in een warehouse of logistieke omgeving)
• Analytisch sterk - handig met systemen en rapportages
• Communicatief vaardig in de Engelse taal
• Betrouwbaar – jouw team weet wat ze aan je hebben

Your role as a Teamleader

As a Teamleader, you're the go-to person on the work floor. You make sure your team performs well, feels valued and continues to develop.

• Monitor operations and align with fellow Teamleaders to keep things running smoothly
• Coach team members on their performance and personal development
• Create a safe, welcoming and supportive working environment
• Conduct performance, absence and development conversations
• Keep workforce planning and time registration up to date

This is you

You’re a natural leader who understands both people and processes. You thrive on collaboration, keep a cool head and always think ahead.

• Experience in a leadership role (preferably in a warehouse or logistics setting)
• Strong analytical skills – confident with systems and reports
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English
• Reliable – your team knows they can count on you
