As a Team Lead Service, you organize and coordinate the activities within the team. You monitor the planning, quality, and capacity of the international service team. In addition, you act as the link between the Service Manager, Service Coordinators, and Service Engineers, including at international locations.
You ensure that your team members have the right resources, knowledge, and support to perform their work effectively. You lead in a coaching-oriented manner and encourage both the personal and professional development of your team members.
Together with the service coordinators, you ensure that service activities and projects are carried out efficiently and in accordance with agreements, specifications, and target margins. You act as the main point of contact for progress, content, and quality, both internally and towards clients. You also contribute to contract development and the successful execution of assignments with healthy margins. The service assignments and projects range from operational activities to more complex projects.
In this role, you will also actively contribute to the development of the department’s operational strategy and support process improvements and policy implementation.
You will regularly travel between the locations in Nijmegen and Oss. In addition, you will visit the international locations in La Ciotat and Vilanova several times a year.
Your responsibilities include:
Monitoring the quality, progress, and continuity of operations
Organizing and leading your team while ensuring an efficient distribution of work
Coaching and developing your team members
Actively contributing to operational strategies and process improvements
Acting as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining contact with customers and partners, and collaborating with departments such as Engineering, Installation, HR, and Controlling
